How to register online

Anytime - Go to WebReg  
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Simple - You will need your Family PIN, Client Number, and a valid credit card. Contact Leisure Services if you do not have your ID.

Secure - We use the latest in online payment security, as provided by Trustkeeper.net. The White Rock WebREG system employs 256-bit encryption.

How to register by phone

Please have your Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Card with expiry date and program information ready.

  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  • Closed: Sundays and Statutory holidays

How to register in person

Register in person at any White Rock Leisure Services office, located at

Pay by cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

  • Saturday: 9:00 a..m - 1:00 p.m. (White Rock Community Centre and Kent Street Activity Centre)

Cancellations

Refunds may be available according to our comprehensive refund and credit policy. A copy of the policy is available upon request. A $10 administration fee will be charged for each requested refund.

Please make cheques payable to White Rock Leisure Services. There will be a $30.00 charge levied for NSF cheques.
