If you are interested in joining the City of White Rock as a volunteer please complete the following Volunteer Application form [PDF - 54 KB].

To register as a volunteer for a Special Event:

  • Register Online
  • Email
  • Phone: White Rock Leisure Services at (604) 541-2199 and ask to speak to the volunteer coordinator for the event.
Online or email registrants will be contacted by the volunteer coordinator well in advance of the event date.
