Delegation to a City Committee

A person or organization wishing to appear before a City Committee as a delegation must provide notice of that intent by noon on the Wednesday prior to the scheduled meeting. The number of delegations is restricted to two per meeting. You can download an electronic copy of the Delegation Form in two versions:
