Mayor Draws Winners for Christmas at the Rock Promotion

Mayor Wayne Baldwin chose the winners in a random draw for the Christmas at the Rock promotion!

The second annual Christmas at the Rock promotion was held in December 2011 by the White Rock Business Improvement Association and Tourism White Rock.
