White Rock’s Emergency Daytime Warming Centre provides refuge for people experiencing homelessness during extreme cold weather. The Centre operates from November to March on days when forecasted temperatures hover at zero (0) degrees Celsius or below.

The Warming Centre is open.

Emergency Daytime Warming Centre Information:

  • Location: 14600 N Bluff Rd, White Rock BC (modular building across from Centennial Arena)
  • Hours of Operation: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. (on zero (0) degree days)
  • Capacity: 30
  • Services: meals/snacks, personal care, mental health resources, counselling 
  • Operator: Engaged Community of Canada Society (ECCS)
