Report an Issue

If you notice problems like fallen trees, downed fences or poles, or burnt streetlights, notify the City by taking a photo, including a brief description of the location and sending it to operations@whiterockcity.ca

Solid Waste & Backyard Composting

City staff are responsible for residential solid waste collection in the City. View more information about garbage, organics and yard trimmings (Green Can) and recycling collection, including collection maps, guidelines for acceptable materials and contact information.

Compost is good for the planet, good for your wallet and great for your plants! Backyard composters are available to purchase at home improvement locations such as Rona, Canadian Tire or Home Depot.
