- Connection Fee - $8,000
The owner of a single family lot is required to have a new Storm Sewer Service installed, complete with inspection chamber at property line, when constructing a new single family home or addition to an existing house. The fee for the installation and connection is $8,000. If a storm sewer main extension is required to service the lot, an additional fee for those works would also be the responsibility of the owner.
