Water utility is billed quarterly in January, April, July and October. Your quarterly bill includes charges for your previous three months of water service and consumption.
Bills are due 30 days from when they are issued. A 5% penalty will be applied to charges unpaid after the due date. Overdue Balances as of December 31 of each calendar year are transferred to property taxes and are then subject to daily interest charges.

The City of White Rock signed a negotiated agreement with EPCOR to purchase the water utility that services the community. The City took ownership and operation after October 30, 2015.
