Please Note: City Council has endorsed a 30-day grace period for the quarterly water utility bill payments. This change is to remain in place until the Provincial Health Officer of B.C. lifts the public health emergency declared under the Public Health Act. This changes is reflected in the due date on your water utility bill.

The City of White Rock signed a negotiated agreement with EPCOR to purchase the water utility that services the community. The City took ownership and operation after October 30, 2015.
