Apply for Artists Walk

Are you a local artist who would like the opportunity to create and sell your artwork on the White Rock Promenade?

A limited number of artists are permitted to create and sell their artwork in White Rock. The intent of these permits is to exhibit and demonstrate the process of producing art.

Selected artists will be required to obtain an Artists Walk License prior to commencing work. Interested artist must submit an application form to the White Rock Community Centre.

Returning Applicants: 

Prior to year end, current artists will receive an email to apply to the program for the following year.

New Applicants: How to Apply

  1. Contact the Manager of Cultural Services, Elizabeth Keurvorst at or call 604.542.7580
  2. New applicants will need submit three to five high resolution JPEG images emailed, submitted on a disk, or printed photographs of artwork o the White Rock Community Centre. All artwork must be clearly marked with artist’s name, title and size. No originals will be accepted
  3. All artists will be notified once the application has been juried by the Artists Walk Committee

Permit Fees

  • The Artists Walk Annual License is valid for the calendar year.
  • The  Annual license fee is $150 (2019 Rate).


Pay parking is in effect. Parking is not included in the artist license.
