Delegation is a term used to define the process whereby an individual appears before City of White Rock Council to:
submit a new request for action; or,
bring Council up-to-date on a project, idea, or concept.

How do I Request to Appear as a Delegation?
In order to appear as a delegation this request form must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the Corporate Administration Department by 8:30 a.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. A separate letter containing additional information may be attached to the Delegation Request Form.
Where and How do I Submit my Delegation Request Form?
Power Point Presentations or other electronic media must also be submitted by 8:30 a.m. on the Monday prior to the scheduled meeting. City Staff will contact you to confirm your request, and if scheduled, the meeting date.
