Billing Cycles

The City of White Rock bills quarterly (January to March, April to June, July to September, and October to December).
Bills are due 30 days from when they are issued. A 5% penalty will be applied to charges unpaid after the due date.
Bills are sent out the month after the end of each billing period in January, April, July, and October.
Overdue Balances as of December 31 of each calendar year are transferred to property taxes and are then subject to daily interest charges.
