The Leisure Access program provides low-income residents with access to recreation programs and services. The program ensures that residents are not restricted from access or participation in a reasonable variety of recreation activities due to financial hardship.
Residents are provided with a mechanism for accessing subsidies which incorporates confidentiality, dignity, privacy and easy access.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart is a national charitable program with the goal of allowing all kids a chance to recreate and connect with their communities. This program helps kids (ages 4-18) with socioeconomic barriers participate in organized sport and recreation by providing funding for registration and equipment. Forms can be completed by a parent and will need a teacher/coach/youth worker to sign off that the child fits the requirements for funding.
