Centennial Arena Parking Decals

Centennial Arena Parking Decals are available to residents and non-residents.  The 2023 decals are  $18 + GST ($18.90), and valid until March 31, 2024. The cost of the Centennial Arena Parking Decal is not pro-rated and non-refundable.

To be valid, the self-adhering decal: 

• must be affixed on the driver’s side on the lower inside of the windshield; if not properly affixed, the vehicle will be ticketed and may be towed.
• may not be tampered with (i.e. trimmed)

The Centennial Arena Parking Decal permits parking in the Centennial Park parking area.  It is not valid for other City owned pay parking areas.

Vehicles with Centennial Arena Parking Decals may park at the meters and at the PayByPhone only area along North Bluff Road nearest to Centennial Park, as well as at the meters at the North Bluff entrance to Centennial Park. Centennial Arena Parking Decals are not valid in any other pay parking areas in the City of White Rock.

Purchase a Centennial Arena Parking Decal

• Online: Complete the Decal Request Form. Once the online request has been received and paid, the decal(s) will be mailed to the address supplied.
• In person: Visit one of the recreation facilities at:
  • Centennial Park Leisure Centre & Arena, 14600 North Bluff Road
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Kent Street Activity Centre
    1475 Kent Street
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • White Rock Community Centre
    15154 Russell Avenue
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Replacing a Centennial Arena Parking Decal

If you sell your vehicle or have your windshield replaced, please contact us at recreation@whiterockcity.ca or 604-541-2199 to request a replacement decal ($5 each).  The original decal must be provided otherwise a new decal must be purchased at $18.00 plus tax.
