2022
March 8	Last day to meet six-month B.C. residency requirement for candidates
April 14	Last day to meet six-month B.C. residency requirements for electors registering on Voting Day
July 1	First day to request a mail ballot
July 29	Nomination Packages available
August 30	Nomination Period begins at 9:00 a.m.
September 9	Nomination Period closes at 4:00 p.m.
September 13	Deadline to challenge nomination or elector organization endorsement at 4:00 p.m.
September 14	Last day to meet 30 day BC residency / White Rock property ownership for elector registration
September 15	First day for campaign signage to go up (Bylaw No. 1923)
September 16	Deadline for candidate withdrawal at 4:00 p.m.
TBD (following September 16)	Candidate meeting and lot draw (order of names on the ballot for Mayor and Council only) at 6:00 p.m.
October 5 October 6 October 11	Advance Vote Dates (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.) All Advance Voting will be held at the White Rock Community Centre 15154 Russell Avenue (free underground parking available)
October 12	Mobile Special Vote at Evergreen Baptist Home (9:00 a.m. to noon)
October 13	Last day to receive a Mail Ballot Request at 4:00 p.m.
October 15	Election Day (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
October 19	3:00 pm Declaration of Official Results @ City Hall (announced at City Hall then placed on the City website)
October 22	Campaign signage must be removed
October 28	Last Day for Judicial Recount Application
November 7	Inaugural Council Meeting (Oath of Office)

2023
January 13	Deadline for Campaign Financial Disclosure Statement. Must be submitted directly to Elections BC.
