White Rock City Council reminds residents of the numbers to call for COVID-19 questions or complaints.

  • Call 811 or dial 1-888-COVID19 to ask questions or get more information about COVID-19.
  • To report a large gathering or a non-compliant businesses, call the City of White Rock’s Bylaw Enforcement line at 604-541-2146 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, or email bylaw@whiterockcity.ca.
  • To report a large gathering or a non-compliant business after hours, contact White Rock RCMP’s non-emergency line at 778-545-4800. 
  • For Quarantine Act violations, contact White Rock RCMP at 778-593-3600.
