Polar Bear Plunge goes virtual

The annual tradition of jumping into the cold waters of Semiahmoo Bay on New Year’s Day is taking a different turn during the COVID-19 pandemic. The annual Polar Bear Plunge is online instead of in-person. The White Rock Rotary Club is asking participants to share pictures of themselves plunging in the shower, the hot tub, or any other water source, by sending a picture to Plunge.at.home@gmail.com for a chance to win one of 21 prizes.
