Meetings of the ADP are open to the public, however, only members of the Panel and representatives of an application are permitted to discuss the merits of a proposal. Should you wish to join and observe the “Microsoft Teams” meeting please email firstname.lastname@example.org by noon of the scheduled meeting date (quote “White Rock ADP Meeting” in the subject bar) to receive an invitation to attend the meeting. The Advisory Design Panel is an independent body appointed by City Council that independently evaluates, analyzes, and assesses the designs of various development application proposals as part of the development permit process. The Panel also provides comment on City plans and projects from time to time. The Advisory Design Panel is regulated by the White Rock Planning Procedures Bylaw and the Advisory Design Panel Terms of Reference.
