GearUp4CR is a fully supported bike ride fundraising for Cystic Fibrosis on Saturday, June 17, 2023.

GearUp4CF is a fully supported bike ride and has raised nearly 2 million since it started! This is your chance to make a difference and help us raise essential, targeted funds for cystic fibrosis research, care and advocacy.  

The ride starts from Crescent Beach, works its way through White Rock on their way to Abbotsford and returning to Crescent Park - over 100km ride.

GearUp4CF is not a race, and it is not timed.  All riders are supported by staff and volunteers with fundraising tools and guidance, vehicles, pit stops, lunch, refreshments and water, plus mechanical and medical support along the route. You can expect an unforgettable experience!
