The City of White Rock is responding to the changing demands for parking during the COVID-19 pandemic, including residents’ parking, parking at the Waterfront and parking near Peace Arch Hospital.
Parking DecalsRecognizing the difficulty in renewing decals at this time, the City will accept 2019 parking decals for use by residents and businesses until Centennial Arena and City Hall reopen.Waterfront ParkingThe City has temporarily closed the Waterfront lots and the West Beach Parkade and will continue to monitor the 15-minute limit for vehicles parked on the north side of Marine Drive. Pay parking is still in effect at the Waterfront, Centennial Arena and Ruth Johnson Park.
Hospital ParkingCity of White Rock parking spaces at Peace Arch Hospital will be free at this time. They are to be used only for hospital-related activities and will be monitored. There is no time limit on these spaces.Critical Parking OperationsSome measures are critical to keeping White Rock safe and its streets operational.
