Perform a partial road closure on Thrift Avenue in order to mill and pave south side of Thrift Avenue. Also performing line painting and paving of bike path and curb lane. Entrance to Winter Street from Thrift will be closed. Emergency vehicles will have limited access and no through access to Winter Street from Thrift Avenue, signage and certified traffic control people will be in place.
