2021 Resident Pay Parking Decals and Resident Parking Permits are now available for sale. The 2019 and 2020 decals and permits expired Dec. 31, 2020.
Yellow Resident Pay Parking Decals are for use in any of the City’s pay parking areas—including the Waterfront, Centennial Arena and Peace Arch Hospital—for up to four hours a day unless posted differently. Decals must be placed on the lower inside, bottom left of your windshield and not be removed.
The Resident Parking Permits are for use by residents and their visitors in specific designated “Permit Parking Only” areas.
Permits must be hung on the rear-view mirror. Permits are valid only on the block printed on the front of the permit as well as the next adjacent block.
To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, City buildings are currently closed to the public for in-person purchasing of Resident Pay Parking Decals and Permits. However, we are still operating, and our hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

City staff will contact customers for payment by credit card and will mail the permit to customers. Please visit www.whiterockcity.ca/parking or call Parking Services at 604-541-2148 with any questions.
The orange Centennial Arena parking decals are available for purchase at www.whiterockcity.ca/parking. The 2020 Centennial decals are valid until March 31, 2021. Decals from 2019 are no longer valid as of Nov. 30.
Free winter parking ends for the season on Jan. 31. Parking remains free at the Peace Arch Hospital for hospital-related activities only.
