All White Rock property owners are reminded that in the event of a snowfall, or inclement weather, City bylaws require them to remove all snow and ice from sidewalks adjacent to their property no later than 10:00 a.m. This includes commercial property, as well as apartments and single family dwellings. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
Snow, ice and wind may affect garbage and recycling collection. In the event of inclement weather, please visit the City of White Rock’s website or call the Engineering and Municipal Operations Department (604) 541-2181 for updated collection information as crews may be redeployed to expedite snow removal. Remember to have all receptacles curbside by 8:00 a.m. on your collection day and ensure your containers are not hidden or obstructed by the snow.
