White Rock Votes: 2018


The 2018 Local Government Elections take place this October. Cast your ballot in the City of White Rock's election to elect officials to serve a four-year term.

White Rock voters will elect: 

  • One (1) Mayor 
  • Six (6) City Councillors 
  • One (1) School Trustee

You can vote in a municipal election if you: 

  • Are 18 years of age or older on general voting day
  • Are a Canadian citizen (Note: landed immigrants are not eligible to vote)
  • Have lived in B.C. for at least 6 months immediately before voting day
  • Have lived in White Rock for at least 30 days immediately before voting day
    Are not disqualified by law from voting

When you can vote:

  • Advance voting is on October 10, 11, and 15 from 8am-8pm at the White Rock Community Centre 
  • Election day voting takes place at three different locations on October, 20 from 8am - 8pm
