Art on Display

A partnership between the City of White Rock and Semiahmoo Arts, the Art on Display program ensures art is visible and accessible to the community.  In a series of five to eight themed juried exhibitions held throughout the year, Art on Display showcases work in a variety of media by local and other artists. 

Youth Art Show

This exhibition celebrates the talented and dynamic art of youth on the Semiahmoo Peninsula and provides an opportunity for young visual artists to showcase and celebrate their artistic abilities.

The exhibition runs from September 21-October 20, 2017

Opening reception: Thursday, September 21, 5:30pm-7:30pm at the White Rock Community Centre.

Mobile Photography and Narrative - Christine Leviczky-Riek
Opening Reception: Wednesday October 25, 2017, 5:30pm - 7:00pm at the White Rock Community Centre.
The exhibition runs from October 25 - November 24, 2017

Christine Leviczky-Riek is a talented photographer and writer from Surrey, BC. She uses digital and mobile photography to explore an impression, an idea, or a narrative. Christine enjoys using a grid or series to explore the urban environment in thematic ways.

Art on Display runs at the White Rock Community Centre-Gallery.  It is a multi-purpose art space dedicated to delivering art and cultural services to White Rock and South Surrey. Due to the many creative activities in this space the gallery does not have set hours. Please call in advance for viewing 604-541-2199
