Volunteer Applicant Requirements
The White Rock Community Policing Section is looking for applicants interested in bike patrol. You may drop off your application between 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday at the White Rock Detachment Front Counter located at 15299 Pacific Avenue, White Rock.
Applicants for the Crime Prevention volunteer programs must be:
- 19 years of age or older
- able to obtain and maintain enhanced security clearance with the RCMP,
- willing to contribute 100 hours of their time per year as a volunteer
If you are interested in joining the City of White Rock Community Policing Program as a volunteer please complete the following application form:
To be accepted as an RCMP volunteer you must first pass an initial interview and a basic Criminal Record Check.
Following this process volunteers must successfully pass an in depth RCMP security screening process which takes a minimum of 4 months for departmental security to complete.
