Festival of Lights: Diwali Integration

White Rock Welcomes the World! On Saturday October 1, Festival of Lights: Diwali Integration  returns to the White Rock waterfront . The International Community Celebrations Society of BC, a non-profit organization that promotes the diversity of Canadian Multiculturism, has partnered with the City of White Rock to bring international communities together in a show of solidarity.

The Festival will take place along West Beach between 10:00am and 10:00pm with live music & performances, vendors, food trucks, face painting for the children and a fireworks display at 8:30pm. Admission is free and all activities are family-friendly. Opening Ceremonies will begin at 12:00 noon sharp from the Main Stage (located at 14970 Marine Drive, beside the White Rock Museum).

Park for free at the Semiahmoo First Nation parking lot (located behind the Washington Avenue Grill at 15782 Marine Drive) and take the free trolley to the event site at 14970 Marine Drive.  The Trolley will be in operation from 10am to 10pm on Saturday October 1st.  

This event is part of the White Rock Fall Festival of Arts.
