Sources Community Resource Centres presents "Balancing Act" Video

Created by local artist Don Li-Leger, this short film takes an authentic and gritty look into the local landscape of poverty, food security and community support.

The Sources Food Bank works to provide each person with enough food for at least two days per week. The Food Bank also provides extra items for infants, preschoolers and school-aged children, and when possible, provides seasonal items, fresh produce and local grown food. In an effort to improve overall social wellness, the food bank also offers enhanced services including cooking classes (promoting low-cost healthy eating), free shower and laundry facilities and a free store that includes clothing, household and personal hygiene items.
