Event Materials - Water Research Open House
January 26, 2018
Thank you to the many of you (nearly 200!) who attended our Water Research Open House last night to learn about the technology most suitable for our water.
We appreciate that you took the time to come and speak with City Staff and RES'EAU-WaterNET about the research and water-related matters, our contractors for the design-build of the treatment plant, and Fraser Health about the safety and quality of our water.
If you were not able to attend the open house or want to review the material again, below is where you will find the information provided last night:
- Open House Information Boards
- RES'EAU-WaterNET Study: Discusses approach taken in researching and evaluating the water treatment solutions best suited to reduce the naturally occurring arsenic and manganese in the City's water.
- Mini Water-Related FAQ Brochure
You can find this information as well as past event material from Water Quality Open Houses, community forums, and public information meetings, including documents related to the negotiations and settlement agreement for the Water Utility here: www.whiterockcity.ca/mywater > My Water Resource Library, "Water Research Open House - January 25, 2018"
If you still have questions after reviewing the information boards, Study, and FAQ please contact our Water Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.Go to Top
