NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING - MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20, 2017
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIQUOR LICENCE FOR
1434 JOHNSTON ROAD (LL 16-042) – Bin 101 Wine & Tapas Bar
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of White Rock will hold a Public Hearing in City Hall COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 15322 Buena Vista Avenue, White Rock, BC, on Monday, FEBRUARY 20, 2017at 7:00 p.m. in accordance with the Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the City of White Rock Planning Procedures Bylaw, 2009, No. 1869. At the Public Hearing, all persons who deem their interest in property is affected by the proposed application for the Liquor Licence amendment shall be afforded an opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions reflecting matters contained in the proposed application that is the subject of the Public Hearing.
SUBJECT: Application for Liquor Licence for 1434 Johnston Road (LL 16-042) – Bin 101 Wine & Tapas Bar
CIVIC ADDRESS: 1434 Johnston Road (See Site Map below)
PURPOSE: Bin 101 has applied for an amendment to their existing food primary liquor licence in order to allow the addition of patron participation entertainment to the licence (a dance floor), and to extend the hours for liquor service from midnight to 1:00 a.m. all week. The LCLB requires that any request for permanent amendment to an existing liquor licence requires a resolution from Council for the community where the licenced establishment is located.

- e-mailing the City Clerk at ClerksOffice@whiterockcity.ca with “address” typed in the subject line.
Please Note: Correspondence that is the subject of a Public Hearing, Public Meeting, or other public processes will be included, in its entirety, in the public information package and will form part of the public record. Council shall not receive further submissions from the public or interested persons concerning the application after the Public Hearing has concluded.
A copy of the Application and associated reports may be inspected in the City Clerk’s Office at White Rock City Hall, 15322 Buena Vista Avenue, White Rock, BC, from Tuesday, February 7, 2017 until Monday, February 20, 2017, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding weekends and statutory holidays.
