    1. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, City Hall is currently closed to the public. However, we are still operating, our hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

    2. The City is currently accepting 2019 parking decals for use by residents and businesses.

      If you would like to purchase Resident Pay Parking Decals, Resident Parking Permits or Resident One Day Event Parking Permits, please fill out the form below.

    3. Please note - 2021 City of White Rock Resident Pay Parking Decals and Residential Parking Permits will be available for purchase November 2, 2020 and will be valid from the date of purchase until December 31, 2021. Please wait until November 2, 2020 to submit your request.

    4. Once we have received your request, we will contact you for payment. Once payment has been received your decal(s) and/or permit(s) will be mailed to the address supplied.
