    1. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, City Hall is currently closed to the public, except for scheduled appointments. However, we are still operating, our hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday.

      • 2021 City of White Rock Resident Pay Parking Decals and Residential Parking Permits will be available for purchase November 2, 2020 and will be valid from the date of purchase until December 31, 2021.
    2. Winter free parking is in affect at the Waterfront November 1 to January 31, and parking remains free at the Hospital (for hospital related activities only).

      • To request decals or permits, please fill out the form below.
      • Once we have received your request, we will contact you for payment.
      • Once payment has been received your decal(s) and/or permit(s) will be mailed to the address supplied.
