      • 2021 City of White Rock Waterfront Merchant Pay Parking Decals will be available for purchase November 2, 2020 and will be valid from the date of purchase until December 31, 2021.

    1. In order to qualify for a Waterfront Commercial Merchant decal, your business must be located in a commercial building within the waterfront areas (Marine Drive, Elm St, Oxford St, Vidal Ave, and Victoria St) and have a valid business licence. Each business is issued one parking decal which is transferable to multiple licence plates. All licence plates must be recorded with the Finance Department before using the decal.


      Merchant decals provide the business with 7 days a week, 24 hours a day parking privileges in designated areas. Any merchant who parks outside these designated areas will be required to pay the appropriate pay parking fees.


      Designated pay parking areas consist of the following:

      • Marine Dr Parking lots west of Oxford St
      • West Beach Parkade
      • Montecito underground Parkade
      • Buena Vista Ave
      • Victoria Ave
      • Martin St (west side only)
      • East Beach parking lots
      • Balsam St parking lot (north side of Marine Dr)
    2. Once we have received your request, we will contact you for payment. Once payment has been received your decal will be mailed to the address supplied.
      Decals are $355 plus GST, prorated on April 1 and July 1.
