  3. Public Information Meeting - Development Application at 15277 Columbia Avenue

    The City of White Rock has received an application for a Zoning Bylaw Amendment. The proposal involves rezoning the property from ‘RT-1 Two Unit (Duplex) Residential Zone’ to ‘Comprehensive Development’ allow for the construction of a coach house above an existing garage. The primary single-family dwelling that is currently on the property would be retained. The meeting is hosted by the applicant in an open house format where City staff will be in attendance to introduce and monitor the meeting and to report back to Council.
