The purpose of the meeting is to introduce a proposed Zoning Bylaw Amendment (ZON) application which, if approved, would change the zoning of the property at 15916 Russell Avenue from ‘RS-1 One Unit Residential Zone’ to a split ‘RS-4 One Unit (12.1m Lot Width) Residential Zone’ (west) and a ‘CD Comprehensive Development Zone’ (east). The proposed CD Zone would establish a larger rear yard setback than the RS-4 Zone, intended to support greater tree retention (see Table 1 on reverse).
