Biography
Tracey is a Certified Municipal Clerk and has her accreditation under the National Association of Parliamentarians as a Registered Parliamentarian for her in-depth knowledge of parliamentary procedures.

Tracey was previously employed with the Township of Langley from 1990 to 2002 and the City of Langley from 2002 to 2008, prior to joining the City of White Rock in May of 2008.

As the Director of Corporate Administration for the City of White Rock, Tracey is responsible for legislative and municipal government administrative services, such as recording Council and Committee proceedings and maintaining the official records of the City (i.e. by-laws, agendas, minutes, and the Correspondence of Council and Committees). She also oversees the City’s land management, risk management claims and the City's compliance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy legislation, which includes ongoing management of the Corporate Records program, the City’s privacy practices, and responding to requests for information under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
